Teamwork improvement course

The teambuilding programme aimed at developing teamwork is dedicated to establishing the rules of communication within the group. Through teambuilding activities, team members become aware of belonging with others. The activities evoke situations where the cooperation of all team members and their joint involvement is required. Teamwork provides the opportunity to accomplish tasks that an individual could not accomplish alone. The joint synergy keeps the team moving forward; participants naturally see the benefits of teamwork - the so-called win-win effect. The programme is also aimed at strengthening team spirit and creating shared experiences that are also rewarding.

Team building activities selection

Ice Break activities are aimed at creating a suitable cooperative atmosphere during the course.

Desperados hunting - a team building activity focused on setting the rules of team cooperation and communication as a basic prerequisite for good team functioning. The team solves an attractive criminal plot using criminal identities and other professional tools.

Obelisk ZIN - a problem-based communication activity during which participants realize the necessity of mutual listening and team communication, negotiation and argumentation.

Alaska expedition – a strategic team building activity focused on determining and implementing a strategy, dividing team roles for the fulfillment of problem solving tasks in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Accompanying activities are appropriately incorporated into the program – archery, rope obstacles, segway, etc. We always make maximum use of the attractiveness of the given location, which we recommend for the program from our wide portfolio of hotels not only within the Czech Republic. The level of difficulty always depends on your specific requirements.

A bridge to civilization – a team-building activity for setting up and experiencing the so-called win-win effect. Each of the teams has different commodities and based on the task they have to agree on their shift so that they are able to build a bridge over the river. Joint design work unites individual teams and strengthens the vision of a common goal.
