Glassmaker for a Day

The goal of the outdoor activities is to reach the destination - the Glassmaker's Tavern, where you and your team will be rewarded with a delicious dinner right next to the glass furnaces. For teams, the reward is a glassmaking workshop. Each participant can blow and take home their own pint glass, vase, or vine/water glass. The program also includes a tour of the glassworks with a glassblowing furnace and an explanation of the history and present of the glassworks, provided by one of the master glassmakers.

The program can be organized in any season as a standalone corporate event. Experience a pleasant and unconventional corporate gathering enriched by the age-old craft and the strong genius loci of the glassmaker's tavern. If you want to learn more about the history and present of glass production, the program can be expanded to include a visit to the brand new unique headquarters of Lasvit in Nový Bor. Historical buildings have been complemented by a new glass building serving as a meeting room, café, and sample library. The unusual structure is designed to shine at night, symbolizing the revival of glassmaking in the region.

Lake Mácha and its surroundings are an ideal location for your corporate teambuilding. Water activities can be combined with classic outdoor activities, teambuilding games, or transfer-based teambuilding. The waters of Lake Mácha are navigated by a steamboat that can be incorporated into the program. Near Lake Mácha, you can also participate in teambuilding at Houska Castle in the spirit of "Fort Boyard". For water teambuilding enthusiasts, nearby rivers like Ploučnice with its unique rock tunnel "Průrva řeky Ploučnice" can be utilized.
