Fun, adrenaline and wine of Attila's region

Let's discover together the beauty of this flat yet interesting and diverse region – we'll visit a national park and try various water activities. Central Europe's largest lake, Balaton, offers many interesting activities. The "Hungarian Sea" is also a place to actively relax. The whole area is interwoven with cycle paths. The cave systems also provide an unusual spectacle. The medieval castles, situated on small hills, are the dominant features of the region. Hungary offers all kinds of relaxation - good food, spa and sports activities.

Hungary is seen by many people as a country of spas, wine and spicy food. The face of Hungary today is a combination of many influences, both from the original home of the Hungarians in the Ural Mountains and various European influences.  Hungary is a predominantly flat or gently undulated country due to its location in the Pannonian Basin. Only the northern borderlands, where the Inner and Western Carpathians encroach, are relatively mountainous. Here, in the Mátra Mountains, is located the highest point in Hungary, Mount Kékes (1015 m). The main river of the Hungarian water system is the Danube, the second most important river is the Tisza.

Lake Balaton is the largest lake in Central Europe, located in Hungary. It is a popular tourist destination for many people who enjoy its beautiful beaches, thermal springs, historical monuments and wine cellars. Lake Balaton takes up an area of 596 km², a length of 78 km and a maximum depth of 11 m. Its main tributary is the Zala river, and its only outlet is the Sió Canal.

Hungarian cuisine is also an unforgettable part of Hungarian culture. Perhaps the most famous element of Hungarian cuisine is paprika, without it, goulash soup, pörkölt, paprikash, tokáň, halászlé fisherman's soup or čabajka would be unimaginable. The most famous of the drinks is Hungarian wine, especially the Tokaj wine.
